work just as hard when no one is watching. To love and appreciate yourself and what your body is capable of. That consistency and hard work are key for long term success. To lift up and encourage others. That you are your only competition. Your success has nothing to do with others. To hold those close to you that love and support you on the journey, that sometimes requires you to be selfish. The people that stick by your side through thick and thin, truly want you to succeed, and that love you regardless of which road you take and the outcome. Don't ever take them for granted. If you don't find a way to truly love the process, you are probably doing it for the wrong reasons. You don't have to love it right off the get go. You don't have to love every second of it either. Sometimes it takes time to find what works for you, what you love about it, really give it everything you have. If you can't find a way to love it and appreciate it, then it probably won't become a long term lifestyle for you. If you are an athlete and you don't love prep, then you probably will struggle to bring your best and push to an extreme. Don't ever give up on yourself. And don't ever doubt what you are capable of accomplishing. This is just a fraction of what's to come, and what l'm capable of. Ready to level up and kick things up another level! Get comfortable being uncomfortable! Excited for what's to come 💪🏽🙏🏽 @Elite Personal Training KC
