My Client Brett Has Put on 10lbs of Lean Muscle Mass !
Brett has been trying to put on muscle mass for years He always felt smaller and lacked that 100% confidence in his body But Brett wanted to be bigger but didn’t know the proper steps to take to get there Especially with life being busy, him working crazy hours and trying to excel in his career and relationships he never put a massive focus on it until he decided that it was time to get the guidance he needed to get there So heres the 3 steps Brett took to start putting on the muscle mass he always wanted 1. He started eating more slowly over time from 1900 calories all the way to eating 3000 calories a day, that extra fuel is needed for the extra size 2. He ran a training plan that worked for his lifestyle training 3 days a week but also letting him still run which is one of his passions throughout the week perform well at half marathons. 3. He had extra accountability to make sue he got the food in consistently everyday throughout the last few months, so he never missed a day of eating and if he did we got him right back on track Now Brett feels more confident in his own skin , gets compliments regularly from co-workers that even they see a noticeable difference in his size Want results like Brett? to put on muscle or lose fat Comment the word “ATHLETE” below and I’ll see if I can help you #retiredathlete #formerathlete #lifeaftersports #morethananathlete #morethanabody #morethanenough #maleathletes #orthorexiarecovery #collegeathlete
