SALSA INGREDIENTS: -Anaheim pepper (1) -Poblano Pepper (1) -Jalapeños (2) -Serrano Peppers (2) -Tomatillos (6) -Garlic cloves (8 lol) -Onion (1/3) -Chicken bullion (eyeball it lol) -cumin (1/2 tspn) -black pepper -cilantro -Lime (1) HOT DOG INGREDIENTS -Green Bell Pepper -Red Bell Pepper -Onion -Tomato -Jalapeños -Red Pepper flakes -Garlic Powder -Mayo (for bread) -Hot Dog Buns (I used Hawaiian hot dog bread lol) INSTRUCTIONS 1: roast the Anaheim & Poblano peppers. Once nice and toasted put them in a plastic bag covered in a kitchen towel to sweat 2: cut the jalapeños (take out seeds if don’t want it too spicy) & Serrano peppers in 1/2. Also, cut the onion into your desired size. (I used about 1/3 for how much I was making. 3: put in boiling water the jalapeños, Serranos, onion, & garlic. Cover until peppers change color a bit. (Just a little water. This will be used for the salsa too and it’ll be too liquid-y if u use too much water-u can always add more but u can’t take out) 4: once the jalapeños & Serrano peppers have changed color THEN add the tomatillos (I used 6) cover and wait like 5 minutes. If the color of the tomatillos havnt changed keep longer. Take out as soon as they changed color a bit to a more yellow/green Mat color. (Do not keep too long or it can turn bitter) 5: once color changed, add to blender: Everything in the pot (Water last- DO NOT pour water right away. So u can measure properly), Cilantro, chicken bullion, salt, black pepper, cumin, Lime, THEN the water. Just enough so that it is able to blend. Then add until you reach YOUR desired salsa consistency HOT DOGS 1: on a heated pan with oil, throw in your bell peppers, onion, & jalapeños along with your hotdog sausages (I did one split down the middle longways to help cook better) sprinkle with red pepper flakes and garlic powder 2: while u cook until u get desired cooked level for your sausages, heat up butter in a pan and toast up the bread. 3: add Mayo to both bread sides and add hotdogs sausages with bell peppers onions & jalapeños (if wanted spicy) and topped off with your green salsa (trust me. U don’t need ketchup or mustard with this!)
