Are you doing LISS? And should you be? LISS is a great form of training in addition to lifting. It’s a great tool for fat burning since it is low intensity. It does, however, require more time- usually 30-60 minutes The only caveat is that it can get kinda boring, but I usually toss a nice podcast on to help with that! I find it the most useful for getting in a type of aerobic form of training in conjunction with my lifting days when I’m in a stressed out state With training and working crazy hours, I’ve acknowledged that my body if anything, needs lower stress type exercise. LISS offers that for me, and if you find yourself in this situation to, then you should give it a go too!
