Are you doing LISS? And should you be? LISS is a great form of training in addition to lifting. It’s a great tool for fat burning since it is low intensity. It does, however, require more time- usually 30-60 minutes The only caveat is that it can get kinda boring, but I usually toss a nice podcast on to help with that!  I find it the most useful for getting in a type of aerobic form of training in conjunction with my lifting days when I’m in a stressed out state With training and working crazy hours, I’ve acknowledged that my body if anything, needs lower stress type exercise.
