Doing this allows you to burn calories and hit your daily recommended activity goal without 💥Over-exhausting yourself OR 💥Putting excess stress on your joint or tendons. 👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾 While this is a great way to burn calories and get your heart rate up, 12/3/30 is NOT A MAGIC SOLUTION !  IT WILL CHALLENGE YOU!
