Replying to @Ben Diaz I always recommend just doing 5g per day but if you wanna do 20/25g for a week I’d definitely recommend spacing it out equally throughout your day. If you notice your gut is not agreeing with that high of a creatine intake I’d just opt for the 10g for 14 days or 5g for 30 day approach.
