Lobster Mac & Cheese . 10 oz Pasta of Your Liking (Cooked Al Dente) 2 Cooked Lobster Tails, chopped 6 oz Cooked Steak 1/2 Cup Butter 1/2 Cup Flour 1 1/2 Cup Half & Half 1 Cup Milk (I used 2%) 2 Cup Cheddar 2 Cup Gruyere 1 tsp Pepper 1/2 tsp Salt 1/2 Tbsp. Old Bay . In a small pot, melt butter and add flour. Stir and cook for 2 minutes then slowly add half & half and whisk until thickened. Add milk and all seasonings, stir and cook for 5 minutes, until thickened. Add 1 1/2 cup of each cheese to the sauce and mix. Add cooked noodles to a baking dish and stir in the cheese sauce and lobster pieces. Top with remaining cheese and steak pieces. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with extra steak and enjoy!
