I came across a quote that I posted on my story yesterday that said “someone said, "real growth starts when you're tired of your own shit" and i felt that.” I’ve been finding myself making a lot of excuses lately and trying to find cop-outs for why I haven’t made progress. Saying I must have messed up my hormones in prep, and it’s so much harder this time around and I don’t understand why. But then I took a long hard look in the mirror. My progress is a direct result of my habits, and my habits haven’t been great. It’s time to get real with myself and I wanted to put this message out there for those who maybe needed to hear it too. It’s time to come face to face with ourselves and pick the pieces back up. We deserve more out of life than the bare minimum. ❤️
