KETO MOZZARELLA STICKS 🧀 One of my favorite apps- made crunchy, cheesy, and keto! The crust is made from pork rinds instead of breadcrumbs creating the most satisfying, crispy texture. INGREDIENTS: -8 sticks of mozzarella string cheese -1 egg, beaten -1/2 cup crushed pork rinds -1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese -1 tsp italian seasoning -1/2 tsp garlic powder -Low carb marinara sauce for dipping DIRECTIONS: 1. Place wax paper on top of a large plate and set aside. 2. Crack egg in a shallow bowl and beat well. In another shallow bowl, mix pork rinds, parmesan cheese, italian seasoning, and garlic powder. 3. Dip each mozzarella stick in the egg, then roll in the pork rind mixture. Place on prepared plate and freeze, uncovered, for at least one hour. 4. Place the frozen mozzarella sticks in the air fryer basket and cook at 390F for 7 mins. 5. Serve with marinara sauce and enjoy!
