Cajun Chicken Pasta 6 thin chicken breast Spices: salt, pepper, garlic powder, cajun seasoning( I used KFRED), onion powder, paprika, red pepper flakes, dried oregano, dried Italian. Olive oil 4-tbs butter Bell peppers sliced (red, orange, yellow, green ) I used 1/2 of each bell peppers One large onion sliced Mushroom sliced 1/3 cup Sun-dried Julianne tomatoes 1 heaping tbs minced garlic 16 oz heavy whipping cream 1/2 cup grated parmesan Pasta (I used rotini) Season 6 thin chicken breast with the following spices and let rest for 20 minutes. 1-tsp of each of these spices: Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, Cajun seasoning, dried oregano, dried Italian, red pepper flakes & onion powder. 1/2tsp of the red pepper flakes if you don’t want it too hot. Heat up olive oil in your pan and grill your chicken for 3 to 4 minutes on each side remove from pan and set aside. (You’ll slice the chicken breast before you add it back into the pan with the rest of the ingredients) In the same pan, add 4 tablespoons of butter and a little bit more olive oil if needed. Now we’re going to sauté our veggies for 8-10 minutes. Add in minced garlic and cook for another minute before adding in your chicken,heavy cream, parmesan cheese and spices. You can season to taste with the same spices you seasoned your chicken with. Reduce the heat cover and let simmer for 15 minutes. While that’s simmering, boil up your pasta until al dente. Once the pasta is cooked, you can add it to everything else mix well. Y’ALL COME EAT!
