#CanteraNegraCafe, we’ll already have those notes of cocoa and rich coffee in this liqueur. Both flavors should play perfectly with the fresh mint and Fernet Mente in this recipe
#ad For the base spirit today, we’ll be using Cantera Negra’s own Reposado, an additive free tequila that’s just as good a sipper as it is in this cocktail. Cheers y’all. — SALTAMONTES ESPRESSO MARTINI — ½ oz | 15 ml Cantera Negra Cafe 1 oz | 30 ml Cantera Negra Reposado Tequila ½ oz | 15 ml Fernet Mente ½ oz | 15 ml Creme de Cacao 1 oz | 30 ml Espresso 1 Pinch Sea Salt 3 Mint Leaves Mint Garnish — In a shaking tin, combine all ingredients except garnish. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a small sprig of mint.
