Last year, we wrapped this baby blanket in hopes you would be here by this Christmas. Unfortunately God has other plans. I was supposed to have my endometriosis excision surgery in January 2025, with a FET in February or March, meaning a baby in late 2025. Now my surgery has been pushed to March, so we won’t have a baby until early 2026 at the very soonest. The holidays are hard. This marks our fourth Christmas since we started trying for a baby. And now we have at least one more before our baby is here, which isn’t even a guarantee, and man is that a tough pill to swallow. Sipping on my festive mocktail, “Blue Christmas Breeze,” made with @ritualzeroproof rum. Cheers to a magical Christmas Eve! Recipe: 3 oz unsweetened pineapple juice 1/4 teaspoon blue spirulina (aka blue majik) 2 tablespoons vanilla coconut yogurt 1 oz coconut milk 1 oz non-alc rum (optional) Edible Glitter Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
