Good news: You can manage this reflex and unlock greater flexibility using two proven methods: ➡️ Static Stretching: Hold a stretch for 15–30 seconds to calm the reflex and let your body know it’s safe to release tension. Example: Hamstring or butterfly stretches. ➡️ PNF Stretching: Override the reflex with techniques like the hold-relax method, combining contraction and relaxation for deeper flexibility.
