For Day 7️⃣ of #10DaysOfNoodles, I’m featuring one of my favorite places EVER. @kuyaja’s lechon belly is seriously one of the best things I’ve ever eaten, and if you haven’t had theirs yet, RUN 🏃‍♀️ It’s something I will happily sit in traffic for, and that means a lot coming from me because I may or may not have a mild case of road rage 😂 In all seriousness though, their food is SO good and SO worth the trip. Pancit’s become one of my favorite noodle dishes over the years, and they do a great one. KJ’s Signature Pancit features shrimp, chicken, longanisa, eggs, veggies, and noodles. This is available vegetarian upon request as well! It’s $14.99 for a GIANT bowl - seriously, the portion is HUGE🤯 It’s seasoned really nicely, and the noodles have a beautiful texture to them. Plus, they use so many yum proteins - how could this not be delicious! Def make sure to get this the next time you go - I promise you’ll enjoy every bite. Have you guys been to this gem yet?! Day 4 of #10DaysOfNoodles: let’s make Singapore stir fried rice noodles at Pepper House 🙂 I featured them on here recently, but I loved these noodz so much, I wanted to do a dedicated post on the dish. Also, a BIG congrats to them for being named #11 Best Chinese Restaurant in America (via @yelp) recently. What an incredible honor - I really hope it brings them more business. The owner mentioned they don’t do much advertising so it’s been tricky to get word out about their food. The recognition is so well deserved though, and I hope you guys check them out 🤤 Their restaurant’s cozy and intimate, and they package everything so well for carryout. I’ve had various different dishes here, and they’ve all been fantastic, but these Singapore stir fried rice noodles were probably some of my fave. They’re $15.99 and currently on special. I got chicken, but you can also get beef and shrimp as proteins. I LOVE curry so I asked to get mine with it + spicy (of course). They make everything in house, and their chili oil’s exceptional so I always ask to add it to my noms. FYI, they also sell their chili oil if you’re interested 🌶️ Other recommendations include their beef malatang, dan dan noodles, and Chengdu dumplings. Definitely make sure you guys let me know what you think if you go! 📍10176 Baltimore National Pike STE 105, #EllicottCity ⏰T-Su 11:30-9pm #mdfood #marylandfoodie #marylandfood #fyp #foryou #foryoupage #foodtiktok #chinesefood

Yay for day 3 of noodle magic‼️ For today’s #10DaysOfNoodles post, I’m featuring Shi Miao Dao. They’re located in Columbia, and the name translates to “ready in 10 seconds” They’re known for their Yunnan rice noodle soup, and the presentation’s fun because it’s like a mini hot pot of sorts 😬 Their menu’s divided into different flavors/categories. This is their spicy beef brisket rice noodle ($15.95), and it came with an array of ingredients. So, here’s how it works! You start by adding quail eggs + raw meat/ham. Then you add meat sauce + other side dishes before stirring. Lastly, you throw in your rice noodles and wait ten seconds before enjoying said goodness 🍜 They have lots of different options to choose from along with boba, other apps, rice dishes and more. Definitely make sure to check them out, and let me know what you think by leaving a comment below 🫶 📍7106 Minstrel Way ste g, Columbia, MD ⏰Su-M, W-Th 11-9pm, Fr & Sa 11-9:30pm #fyp #foryou #foryoupage #marylandfood #marylandfoodie #marylandfoodies #columbia #columbiamd #columbiamaryland

If you haven’t had Arepi yet, RUN. I’ve been a fan ever since I tried their food at the Baltimore Food Market, and trust me when I say they’re a must try. Their arepas are obviously delish, but you should also get: ▪️Party Beast Cachapa ($13.50): This was my first time trying a cachapa, and I’m already dreaming about my next. It’s a traditional Venezuelan sweet corn pancake filled with artisan Venezuelan white cheese and a protein + sauce of your choice. I went with their braised pork loin and spicy sauce because I love a good kick. It was packed with flavor, and it had a lovely sweetness to it that I enjoyed. I also really liked the contrast between the slightly crisp exterior + almost creamy filling. YUM! ▪️Urbanite Empanada ($5): Another winner. Fried in SUPER clean oil & served with the most yum dipping sauce. Loved the slightly sweet corn dough ❤ ▪️Cachito ($7): cachitos are a Venezuelan breakfast staple. It’s a horn-shared bread roll (cachito means little horn in Spanish) that’s filled with various goodies. Arepi offers 3 different kinds, and I got to try the ham + cream cheese 😃 The dough’s super fluffy, reminded me of brioche, and the filling to bread ratio was great. ▪️Pavillion Arepa ($13): My first time trying their pavillion arepa, and it was lovely! It was stuffed with braised beef, fried sweet plantains, black beans, and mozzarella cheese. Choose between mild or spicy sauce (or get both =P) and go wild with add ons if you want to further stuff your handheld. Have you guys tried their food yet? Let me know by commenting below, Nomsters! PS. there’s a small (and free) parking lot attached! PPS. A huge thanks to the Arepi team for their wonderful hospitality. They let me film some BTS and generously sent out some extra goodies for me to try (cachito + empanada) 🫶 📍1616 Thames St, Baltimore ⏰M-Sa 10-8pm, Su 10-5pm #fyp #foryou #foryoupage #baltimore #bmore #baltimoremd #marylandfood #marylandfoodie

A while back, I asked you guys on stories if you wanted a noodle series and everyone seemed pretty excited about it!!! SO, we’re doing 10 days to start…but if it goes well, maybe I’ll extend it, lol. What can I say - I’m a sucker for carbs 😅 Anywho, we’re kicking off Day 1 at Chin Xi’An. Their 3 in 1 hand ripped noodles are a fave of mine, and if you haven’t been yet, you NEED to go! This bowl comes out piping hot, topped with hot oil, pork “zha jiang” bean sauce, tomato and egg. The flavors are out of this world, and their biang biang noodles are some of the best I’ve had. Additional notes 📝 ▪️They’re located inside Bengong’s Tea ▪️Other must tries include their Xi’an style hot oil dumplings (OMG so good) and Plum Refresher drink (Suan Mei Tang). ▪️They give you free white rabbit candies with your check, and their to go bag is quality so you can reuse 🙂 Have you guys been to this spot yet? Let me know below, Nomsters ❤ ALSO, make sure you comment with YOUR fave noodz 👇 - maybe you’ll see your go-to place featured next 😬 📍Ste A10, 10045 Baltimore National Pike, #EllicottCity, MD ⏰M-Th 11:30-3pm & 4-9:30pm, Fr 11:30-3pm & 4-10pm, Sa 11:30-10pm, Su 11:30-9:30pm #fyp #foryou #foryoupage #ellicottcity #marylandfood #biangbiangnoodles #noodles #marylandfood #marylandfoodie #FoodTok #noodletok

Who’s excited for day 2 of noodles?!?! For today’s post, I’m featuring a Korean restaurant in Ellicott City. They’re known for their soondoobu jjigae (spicy soft tofu soup), but I heard great things about their kalguksu so I decided to try it for lunch today 🙂 Kalguksu is a traditional Korean noodle soup ft knife-cut noodz. It’s served piping hot, and it’s hearty, comforting & perfect for cold weather. They offer 6 different kinds at Hang Ari, and they’re $12.95-13.95 for lunch, and $13.95-14.95 for dinner 🫶 I got their chicken kalguksu, and it was great! Presentation was nice, and the portion was HUGE. Mine came with a big piece of chicken, and there were plenty of noodz to enjoy. They served it with 4 different banchan: kimchi, kkakdugi (cubed radish kimchi), sprout muchim, and marinated cubed potatoes 🥢 As you guys know, I LOVE spicy so I asked for dadaegi (a spicy sauce or paste of sorts) to add into my soup! It really enhanced the flavor of everything, and it was super yum. I def wouldn’t have liked it as much without the dadaegi. Anywho, highly recommend for a yum meal this winter! Def make sure to let me know what you think if you try it, Nomsters 🫶 📍9380 Baltimore National Pike, Ellicott City, ⏰11-9pm daily, closed Tuesdays #fyp #foryou #foryoupage #ellicottcity #mdfood #mdfoodie #mdfoodies #marylandfood #marylandfoodie #howardcounty

Finally checked out Morning Star Deli today‼️If you’re looking to grab a quick lunch in Jessup, they’re definitely a great option. @MINJE and I were hungry after our shoot in Columbia so we grabbed a bite before tackling the rest of our work. Here’s what we got: ▪️Cheesesteak Special: I went with one of their specials! I’m a sucker for cheesesteaks so I got one with fries (SUPER crispy), pickle and a fountain soda for $15.50. Not the best cheesesteak I’ve ever had but still tasty! ▪️Turkey Power House ($9.30): @minjesuh wanted something healthy so she went with this option. We were both surprised with how thicc this was. They really stuffed it with veggies! This came with turkey, lettuce, tomato, cokes, sprouts, peppers, avocado, and mushrooms. She enjoyed it with kettle chips ($1 for a bag) and said it was yummy! Additional Notes 📝 ▪️Service was QUICK which I appreciated since I was hangry ▪️The deli was clean and there were a good amount of tables available. ▪️They had ramen cooking machines (the ones you see trending on social media, lol) with various noodle options available. I’ve had this before, and it’s fun to use the machines, lol. They offer it for $11 with a soda of your choice Have you guys checked this place out?! I’m always looking for yum delis so feel free to comment below with your go-to spot. 📍7916 Dorsey Run Rd #5, Jessup, MD ⏰M-Fr 6am-2:30pm #jessup #md #maryland #marylandfood #fyp #foryou #foryoupage #deli
