Replying to @sgman936 Real Estate is a team effort and you want the best players on your team. Simple as that. I saw Real Estate in Maryland and some markets here are incredibly tough. It’s essential to work with a lender who has the whole package. ##marylandtiktok##marylandgang##marylandcheck##buyingahouse##marylandrealtor##marylandrealestateagent
Signing up for MyFico would be the first thing I’d do if my goal was to buy a home this year. #marylandtiktok #marylandgang #marylandcheck #buyingahouse #marylandrealtor #marylandrealestateagent #maryland
My husband was right- I needed a break. We were about to close on our home when my husband challenged me to do something that I really didn't think I was capable of doing - take time away from work, especially the social media part. I KNEW I needed to do it. I was stressed to the max. But man was I scared to do it. The week we closed I had about 7 nervous breakdowns. The pressure of relocating to the Eastern Shore, my son's birthday, Christmas, some very heavy family things, changing the kids' schools -ALL THE THINGS. I felt like we made a mistake. That in and of itself was a huge red flag that I needed a break. A reset. Time to myself. Time with my family. Time to nest. Unpack. Time to take it all in. I don't like to say or admit this often but damnit he was right. Again. This break was so good. Much needed. And guess what happened when I didn't post to social media? Nothing. My business didn't crumble. My clients understood. It's very scary in this business (AND LIFE) to take pause. The FOMO is real. Hustle culture is glorified until you're burnt out, have zero boundaries and headed for nervousbreakdown territory. It's okay to slow down. It's okay to go through a huge life event and savor it. Live it. Take it in. That said, I’m back to work, ready to take on 2025 and help so many of you with your real estate goals. Let’s do this. #marylandtiktok #marylandgang #marylandcheck #buyingahouse #marylandrealtor #marylandrealestateagent #maryland
