matcha mondays ep. 11 🍵 happy new year! 🎊 today i’m reviewing @Rocky’s Matcha Ceremonial Oishi blend for the first time! i can’t wait to try it on its own as an usucha as well 💚 my usual ratios & prep: — soak chasen in warm water to soften bristles — sift 3g of matcha powder — whisk with 30ml of warm water at 170°F for about 30 seconds in W strokes — use 1 large ice cube about 2x2” — pour 80ml of Califia Barista blend oat milk — add 3ml of maple syrup (did not use today) — add matcha, stir, and sip 💬 have you ever tried this matcha? if so, what did you think of it? if not, are you curious to try it? #matcha #matchalatte #matchamondays #girltalk #rockysmatcha #review #oishi #ceremonialmatcha #Recipe #matchareview

matcha mondays ep. 10 🍵 today i’m using Matcha Kari’s Organic Barista Ceremonial blend and tbh, i’m not much of a fan. it’s quite bitter, astringent, and the flavor doesn’t have much strength or depth imo 😞 i think i just need to try a different blend because i know loved this brand is! i’m also yapping about my ins and outs for 2025 ﹏ ★ ! ˖ ࣪ 💭 i can’t believe 2024 is already over. stay safe & have a happy new year, everyone 💖 fun fact: i was half blind filming this because i only had one contact lens in because i dropped the other side down the sink drain and didn’t want to use another one because i’m running low on my dailies LMAO #matcha #matchalatte #matchamondays #girltalk #matchakari #insandouts #2025 #insandouts2025 #newyearsresolution
