I often get asked why I dare post in such provocative outfits as a physician. It’s to show that women can be smart, successful, badass and beautiful in any career they choose and do not need to conform to a standard of purity or modesty (in their free time!!) to be worthy of respect. For me, music, dance and fashion are all forms of self-expression and self-love that I value so deeply working in the world of rigidity and despair that is medicine.
