You don’t have to start out walking 10,000 steps per day because its probably not going to work… However, you can add 4,000 steps to your day by : -Parking at the far end of the lot when you go shopping for groceries - Walking your pet for 2 15 minute walks per day - Take a walk with your partner in the morning to start your day for 15-30 minutes -Walking 10-15 minutes before and after your workout My joints couldn’t handle the running I used to do all the time so last year I was able to lose 21 pounds in 4 months by walking more and following macros.
