𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐦𝐮𝐜𝐡?? At the beginning of November I ran a promo promising women that they could lose a dress size by New Year’s Eve while taking advantage of holiday calories, I mean why not? It’s the perfect time to bring your calories up to maintenance. This very much aligns with phase 1 of my program, which is to optimize and reset the metabolism using a reverse diet. Almost everybody has the same reaction when I give them their calories of around 2000 for maintenance. Wow, this is a lot of food! And guess what, my ladies are enjoying these past and upcoming weeks, and have lost inches in the process! Not only are they eating more calories, they’re sleeping better, digestion is improving, they have more energy and their moods are better. They’re being conscious with getting steps in, hitting protein goals and increasing their fiber intake. Changing their lifestyle and habits bit by bit. Laying down the foundation for an effective fat loss phase. Many of them will be ready for more aggressive fat loss starting January 6th. In fact, I’m running a 2 week rapid fat loss protocol along with them. This is just one approach, not all of our clients are doing this. Most of my clients are enjoying the food freedom they have by taking a more moderate approach. Both are effective.
