These 5 things would of sped up my results šŸ‘‡ Walking around with man boobs all my life was a šŸ«£shameful and embarrassing feeling.  I made a decision in 2012 to put in the effort and focus to sculpt my chest and this is what I wish I would have done first which could have taken me half the time to achieve that goal.  Here they go: 1ļøāƒ£ Tracking my workouts: I was just going to the gym to lift but because I wasnā€™t šŸ“‹tracking my workouts I was using the same weight that felt comfortable but not using the weight that would have pushed me. Progressive overload is key to growth, not just going to the gym. 2ļøāƒ£ Better Form: Correct form would have targeted my chest muscles more and I learned I was using a lot of shoulder muscles for exercises because of my improper form. 3ļøāƒ£. Do compound and isolation lifts: I was just doing bench press and incline press I learned from football and I didnā€™t know about certain isolation exercises.  Compound lifts with exercise lifts are great for a well rounded chest development.  4ļøāƒ£ Manage my intake: I was just guessing my amount of food to eat which didnā€™t help me to speed up fat-loss if I would have learned how to track my meals earlier. The more fat I would have shredded the more muscle definition I would have seen sooner.  5ļøāƒ£ Rest: My football mindset had me thinking I needed to work like I played football everyday. But, it was actually my downfall because I wasnā€™t giving my muscles enough rest in between works to repair.
