I believe in you! 💪 ⚔️  SAVE > SHARE > DO! 🤜 🤛  The key to success with the push-up, is implementing simple, progression techniques, doing the things that you can do now to the fullest, to build the strength up necessary for the push-up. Along with that, always keep good form, don’t try to rush through your push-ups. Implement plenty of alternate exercises, and do other exercises that rely on similar muscle groups as the push-up. Is this phrase keeping you stuck?  I just love food too much!    To be honest, this phrase held me back A LOT & I see it hold clients back as well.    I always used it as a cop out to push “balance” and living life to a max and it was causing not only health issues but also causing me to be frustrated because I felt like I was doing all the right things and my body wasn’t progressing    It took me a few years to realize that it was a cop out.    I would want to have a snack & trying to play macro tetris that day to fit it in.    I would want to have something out of my daily intake because it was there & I just had to have it.    I would want to enjoy all weekend because I was “good during the week”    I would want to enjoy life because my friends or family wanted to go out during the week.    Next thing I knew I was in a never ending cycle of trying to burn off the food, feeling even more restricted because my body wasn’t responding & was getting unhealthier but I felt like I just couldn’t win.    However,    When I added this strategy I started healing:    Yes you can LOVE food but still able to actually stick to a sustainable meal plan during the week & a enjoy a day off.    No you don’t have to have complicated recipes every week.    You can have simple, meals that you love daily. 2024 was a struggle of a year for sure  But if there is something we have always focused on is to make the most out of it no matter what.  We drove to Miami with our babies, met our mentor, learned a lot in our first conference. Disclaimer, I was diagnosed with PCOS and I wish I had this advice when I first got diagnosed vs wasting years STRUGGLING. I was told that what I had to do was get on birth control & it would “regulate” my hormones. Then I was told that I would just have to suffer for life because you never get better from PCOS. First let me tell you, none of those are options. You can heal & no birth control will not actually help.  The moment you try to come off all those things will come back. So what would I do? First get a coach, like what we do for our clients. This would have helped me save so many years & thousands on trying to find answers that never worked. Second, work closely with your coach to get all testing needed to help you identify what is truly causing your PCOS. Because there is a root cause that will help you set the foundation to heal  Third, not trying to over do it on research when you have a coach that will truly help you heal. There is so much terrible advice out there for PCOS that doesn’t really help.  But can overwhelm you thinking you need to do all those things in order to get better Fourth, learn to not identify with your diagnosis for life. I say this because a lot of people think they will always have PCOS no matter what and it keeps them stuck from healing. The longer you are able to accept you can heal & no longer struggle with it for life. The better it will be for you. Like you, I wish I would have found our coaching program earlier to help me with my PCOS. But lucky for you, you now have us as an option no longer prolong your suffering. Everyone is in their own journey and I feel like social media fitness community ads too much pressure one people especially during the holidays.    You get people that constantly post telling you if you don’t get a cookie a day, then that’s not a sustainable diet.    But here’s the thing, for a lot of people especially those that are going through hormone or gut issues.
