never in a million years did i think i would find myself experiencing yet another miscarriage. last year i became 1 in 4, and at the start of 2025, i also became a part of the slim 1%-5% of women who will go on to have a subsequent loss... i really debated sharing this, let alone filming myself along the way. after my last loss i didn't share many details out of fear and privacy, yet i found comfort in those who shared their experiences, emotions, and inner most thoughts after they had unfortunately experienced a miscarriage as well. it helped me feel less alone in my rage and sadness, so if i can do that for just one person than being vulnerable is all worth it. i can only hope that after all this loss and heartache i'll one day bring another healthy baby home. but for now, i rightfully sit with my anger and my sadness and i heal ❤️🩹 #miscarriage #miscarriageawareness #griefjourney
