Evening in our life from 5:00-7:45 PM. Emmett is almost 3.5 & James is 3.5 months old now so here is a little glimpse into our routine at night until they go to sleep. We started giving James a bottle of my pumped milk before bed awhile back so we can switch off who puts which kid down for bed. I was getting sad to have to miss putting Emmett down when nursing every night so this has worked great for us! It also helps us know how much she is drinking before bed. We all spend time together before bed while James is eating & Emmett is taking a bath & getting his PJs on & then one of us goes to Emmett’s room to read to him & put him down. Curious what works for you if you have multiple littles to get down?! One non negotiable for us is dinner together. We always sit around the table & share our peaks + pitts in our days. I always did this back when I was a School Psych in counseling sessions with kids.
