6 weeks postpartum, and the doctor says, 'You're good to go!' But... are you?? Figuring out intimacy after having a baby is no small feat. Your body’s been through a lot, you’re probably exhausted, maybe touched out, and dealing with sore boobs—or even navigating postpartum anxiety or depression. For some, intimacy can be a sweet way to reconnect, feel like yourself again, and soak up some feel-good hormones. For others, it’s the last thing you want right now. Both are totally valid! Take it at your own pace. Communicate with your partner and figure out what feels right for both of you in this season of adjustment. 💕 What about you?
