Happy Mondayyy <3 let’s start the week of strongggg! Even tho I got whacked in the face, I still had such a bomb workout 🤠 (gotta laugh that one off bc like wtf was that) I felt resistant at first to start going to the gym again esp since I’ll be going alone, but I’m leaning into it and I’m excited for this journey! Workout details: Gob squats: 4x8-10 reps Leg press: 4x8-10 + 3 sec eccentric Walking lunges: 3x8-12 per leg Ham curls: 3x10 reps + 3 sec eccentric B stance glute bridge: 3x12 reps per leg Went lighter for everything since miss P will be here soon!
