True story: when I wanted to open my first boutique-cafe in 2017 - my landlord asked if I wanted to sublease part of the space to a karate studio because he didn’t believe my tea shop would be successful. Being a petite female and a daughter of a refugee, I’ve had to prove myself my whole life and this didn’t feel any different. I confidently signed a 10 year lease on a 3200 sq foot space to open my first boutique-cafe location. I had a vision, trusted my gut and truly believed a space like this was missing in Orange County. It hasn’t always been easy but it’s been such an incredible journey and I’m so proud of the beautiful space and supportive communi-tea we have built here at @morninglavendercafe in Tustin. I can’t believe we just opened our 3rd location!
