Happy 76th birthday to former bass singer of @The Temptations, Mr. Joe Herndon! Born on this day in 1949 in Washington, D.C. Today Temptations fans, we're gonna celebrate an underrated talent of the group. Joe Herndon was once a member of legendary group, The Temptations from 2003-2015. He was the third bass singer to come in after the late Melvin Franklin and did a very good job filling that position. To celebrate the legend, I wanted to share some brief history about Joe in each of these slides that are presented to you. Joe Herndon is one of my favorite members of the group and I wished I'd seen him perform with the Tempts growing up. Filling in Melvin's shoes is not as easy as it may seem. He set the standard for many bass singers and Joe did a very great job taking that spot. Thank you for your contributions to the group's legacy!
