#1 tip is to substitute oil for butter or sour cream! We like to use butter because it tastes great and works well! 2. We use boxed cake mix (no particular brand) for our cake pops 3. Do not overcook your cake! While still warm (but not hot), put your cake in a mixer or food processor and grind to a smooth consistency. Remove any hard or brown pieces to produce the most flawless, truffle like consistency. 4. Add a small amount of frosting if needed!
