Do you clench your teeth? Do you also know that you have postural issues along with potential neck pain, jaw, pain, or upper back stiffness? Well, this video, I explain how these secondary issues can actually induced clenching in the teeth, and which muscles to stretch/strengthen to get you into a better position, reducing tooth contact. You see the more freeway space you have or space between the teeth. The less contact occurs, does reducing the desire to clench. Try out the stretch for your superficial neck flexors and strengthening exercise for the deep neck flexors to start realigning your posture, creating more space in your mouth and decreasing the desire to clench.
