Im backkkkk :) High-Protein Chicken Smash Naan⬇️ Chicken 1 pack ground chicken 2 tbsp minced garlic, ginger, serrano 1 medium red onion, diced Handful of chopped cilantro Squeeze of lemon Goat cheese (add with love) Spices: 1 ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste) 1 tsp turmeric 1 tsp coriander 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp kashmiri red chili Dash of cinnamon
1. Mix everything together in a bowl
2. Smash the mixture onto a naan or pita(you can also shape it into kebabs with the extra meat)
3. Cook on one side for ~4 minutes on medium-high heat until golden brown 4.Flip and cook the naan side on low heat for another 4-5 minutes — Tomato salad: cherry tomatoes, onions, lime, cumin powder, salt, pepper, crushed red pepper High-Protein Naan (2 Ingredients!) (Makes 2-3 naans) Ingredients 1 cup Greek yogurt (I used Fage 0%) 1 cup self-rising flour
(No self-rising flour? Mix 1 ½ tsp baking powder + ¼ tsp salt with regular flour)
1. Mix everything in a bowl—it’ll look clumpy at first, but keep mixing until it comes together.
2. Use parchment paper to prevent sticking—trust me, this step is life-changing.
3. Heat a pan and cook the naan on high for ~45 seconds per side until golden. Optional Topping (but so worth it!) 3 tbsp ghee 2 tbsp minced garlic Handful of chopped cilantro ½ tsp salt 1. Warm it up for 30 seconds in the microwave and brush it on one side before flipping the naan.
