How gorgeous are these? in a large pot of water on the stove add XL eggs and shredded purple cabbage - add 2 tablespoons of salt and 1 tablespoon of vinegar - bring to a boil and let boil for 10 minutes then remove from heat - let sit in the pot with the cabbage for 6-8 hours ( put entire pot in fridge overnight for a darker blue!) - when you take them out rub them oil to give them that shiny blue effect !!!
