Postpartum recovery is very individualized, and the needs of every woman are different when it comes to exercises, and what they’re comfortable with! These three variations are exercises that are comfortable for me right now. When I say that, I mean that I’m not feeling any increased pelvic pressure or urgency, I don’t feel like I need to pee my pants, and I’m not seeing coning or doming in my core, etc. You may need a more advanced variation, or an easier one, a both are totally fine!
