#ad If you are looking for a showstopping recipe for entertaining, then I got you! This @Treasure Cave Cheese Wedge Salad with Crumbled Bacon and Blue Cheese Dressing is a crowd pleaser and has a stunning presentation. I used the new Treasure Cave Mild Blue Cheese Wedge in my homemade dressing and it was amazing. I noticed it has an even creamier, smoother texture and is of course, a more mellow taste than traditional blue cheese. It’s available in both wedges and crumbles so it’s versatile for different recipes and is available at retailers nationwide. If you make this salad, tag me and let me know what you think! Recipe below: Ingredients: 3/4 cup sour cream 1 small garlic clove, grated 3 ounces Treasure Cave Mild Blue Cheese or any Treasure Cave Blue Cheese, crumbled and divided 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 1 tablespoon minced fresh chives 3 tablespoons milk salt and pepper to taste 1 head iceberg lettuce 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled 10 cherry tomatoes, quartered Make the dressing: 1. Add sour cream, chives, garlic, two ounces of Treasure Cave Mild Blue Cheese, and lemon juice to a small bowl. 2. Use a fork to combine the ingredients, smashing the blue cheese crumbles against the side of the bowl to infuse the sour cream with flavor. 3. Add milk and season to taste with salt and pepper. Prepare the salad: 1. Cut the head of iceberg lettuce in half starting from the top and slicing down through the core. Then cut each half in half again so that each wedge has 1/4 of the core. 2. Carefully cut core from each while keeping the wedge intact and place on a serving plate. 3. Spoon desired amount of dressing over each wedge. 4. Sprinkle it with bacon, tomatoes, remaining Treasure Cave Mild Blue Cheese, chives, and fresh pepper. 5. Serve and Enjoy! #FueltheFunky #mildbluecheese #entertainingrecipe #saladrecipe #wedgesalad #bluecheesedressing #nhfoodie #bostonfoodies @treasurecavecheese Shop now —> https://click2cart.com/2232000E
