It’s super creamy and has a balanced level of spice…plus it’s super simple to make 🤤 I saw Shin Ramyun Toomba has already been released in Korea and is super popular. And so although this is a great way to make it from scratch using the classic Shin Ramyun noodles, I really hope it gets released in the UK as well cause it’s absolutely delicious 💛 Find the recipe below! Ingredients: 🍜 1 packet of Shin Ramyun 🍶1 tsp oil 🧅 1/2 onion, finely sliced 🧄 3 garlic cloves, minced 🥓 3 streaky bacon rashers, chopped 🦐 8 raw prawns 🧈 1 tbsp butter 🧂 1 tsp ground black pepper 🥛 300ml milk 🧀 1 cheese slice 🌿Spring onions, finely sliced Method: 1. Boil your shin ramyun noodles according to packet instructions 2. Place a pan on medium heat and drizzle in the oil. 3. Add in the onion and garlic and fry for a few minutes until soft. 4. Add in the bacon and prawns, followed by the butter and black pepper. Stir and fry for a minute. 5. Pour in the milk followed by the cheese slice. 6. Leave to simmer until the sauce has thickened slightly, then add in your shin ramyun noodles and combine. 7. Serve up and top with spring onions. Enjoy!
