I shared this Boomerang in My Stories last night after My Mile and I’ve been getting a lot of messages so I figure I would answer them here. First let me start by prefacing this is something I wanted to do for myself. I vouched to make my health a priority this year and so to commit to that I said I was going to do at least a mile a day. It’s easy to make a resolution… but actually doing it, now that takes work. However I was committed. 💗 As of last night I’ve done almost 31 miles in January and while that may not be a lot for some, I’m tooting my horn because I’m proud of my process. While I’ve only lost 4lbs since January 1st, My Body is looking the best it has in awhile. My Legs and 🍑 are toning up, and peep those lil’ abs coming through. 👀 Definitely gaining muscle. Alot of people think you need to do extensive workouts and have a gym membership to see results, I want to show people that’s not the case. I’ve done this at home, in my living room while watching TV Shows with My Daughter. Keeping it simple. Now to Answer some Questions: ✨ What’s is your Routine? - Honestly it’s simple. I take a L-Carnitine Shot 10-15 minutes before I get on the Walking Pad. Usually I start off at 3.6 speed (a running pace) for 2:30 to 3:00 minutes, and then reduce the speed down to 2.5 to finish out my mile. That’s it. ✨ What does your diet look like? - As far as a diet, I wouldn’t really say I’m on one. For example I’m eating a Grilled Cheese and Soup right now for lunch (still eating carbs), but what I will say is I’ve stopped eating junk food consistently every night. Now do I still snack sometimes, yes. Listen - the key to this is to be happy. If you have a favorite snack that isn’t the healthiest, it doesn’t mean you have to give that snack up completely. Just have in it moderations. Do you remember when I told you guys My Husband got me 2 of My Favorite Candy Bars? I left them in the cupboard for 2 weeks, until one day Hubby said “do you want to split one?” And so that’s what we did. Did I gain weight because of it? No. So don’t think you have to give up everything. ✨ What Products are you using? 💜 Chicory Coffee every morning - it helps with gut health and is made with inulin so it leaves me feeling fuller longer. 💜 Beauty Booster Collagen - while most people think this product is good for just hair, skin, and nails, it also good for joints. Perfect for the walking pad. (I add this to my coffee every morning) 💜 L-Carnitine - this takes my stored fat and turns it into energy. 💜 Recharge - this is an energy powder that is filled with soo many vitamins. 💜 Aloe Glow - great for gut health, removing the “gunk” that’s inside my body so I can glow from within. 💜 Beauty Shot Collagen - hair, skin, nails. Have you seen my hair! 👀 And this isn’t Farmasi - but everyone knows I love The Grape OLIPOP. This is a Prebiotic Drink that helps with gut health too. Has 9 grams of fiber, and I’m sure most of you know what that helps with. 💩 And this wasn’t a Question, but a Statement that was made: “Crystal you just seem different this year. I love seeing this version of you.” 🥹 Thank you - 🫶🏼 I truly want this year to be the best year. Not just for my business, but for my personal life and health too. It’s true what they say, nothing changes if nothing changes… I’ve decided it was time for a change, and I’m so proud of myself for doing this for me. If you read until the end, I appreciate you. Grateful that you’re all on this journey with me. Xo - Crystal 💗
