K cool I found this a couple of weeks ago & it was very cool to see a balanced, mostly positive reinforcement based book from the 70s! Everything in it is what I would call โCommonsenseโ dog training. Sadly, not as many people (or trainers) have the commonsense these days. โฉThis book was from an era when dogs were dogs, owners & breeders were hobbyists, and owning and training a dog the basics was a given.
