Every step of this process follows the Japanese tradition, where handling bluefin requires skill, certification, and deep appreciation for the fish. Finally, to celebrate this magnificent fish, we’re preparing sushi, sashimi, and bluefin tuna tartare, bringing out the purest flavors of this luxurious ingredient.
