Restoring a Mizuno Opti-Web MT8000 baseball glove. As you can see, this glove needed some real care! It was dirty and dry, but after a good cleaning, and the two-step conditioning process using my glove lotion and glove slave, the leather really bounced back! Then after putting on some new navy blue laces, this glove is ready to play! The Mizuno MT8000 Opti-Web was introduced in the 1980s and featured a web that has some sort of poly-vinyl sewn into the web, allowing a player to see through the web.
