Day 4! ❄️ join the #coldwaterchallenge with a shower, bucket, plunge, or just splash cold water on your face 3 times! 🙌 💪 this challenge is teaching me so much. Today I realized that it’s for me, not to get distracted trying to do a flip into the water.. not to try and speak motivational stuff if I’m not feeling it.. but to truly try and be as present as possible.
