Parmesan Crusted Chicken **Recipe** 4 Chicken breast 1/2 cup Buttermilk ranch 1/4 olive oil Juice from half a lemon 1 Tbs worcestershire sauce 1 Tbs garlic paste 1/2 Ranch seasoning packet Nature's seasoning Kinder's garlic parmesan Smoked paprika Pepper Cheese mixture: 1 cup of Provolone cheese 1 cup of Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup of Buttermilk ranch 1/2 Ranch seasoning packet Breadcrumb Topping: 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs 1/2 stick of melted butter Cut chicken breast in half and thin out with meat hammer if needed. Add to a bowl along with ranch, olive, lemon juice, worcestershire, 1/2 the ranch packet, garlic paste, and seasonings. Mix well and let marinate for 30 mins to an hour. Add some oil to a skillet and cook chicken on each side for 4 to 5 mins (You do want them fully cooked). In 2 separate bowls, mix ingredients for cheese mixture and breadcrumbs. Top each chicken breast with cheese mixture and breadcrumbs and Broil for 4 to 5 mins, keeping a close watch so they don't burn.
