If you’re someone who is struggling with feeling exhausted all the time, the belly fat just isn’t budging, you’re cravings are out of control and you might even be struggling with PCOS like me… this is your sign to start focusing on taking care of yourself and this is exactly what I did to transform not only my body but my mental health and balance my hormones as well! All it took was 12 weeks of consistency and showing up for myself each and every day and truthfully I’m sharing this to show you that if I can do it so can you. 1. Focus on your nutrition. 🥗 🥞 The one thing people underestimate is how important what you eat is on your mood, on your energy, and on what you crave. One of the best things I did was focus on eating whole foods and following a plan. My plan includes high protein and high fiber meals that are delicious and make me feel full and satisfied 2. Strength training!! 💪🏼 I can’t stress enough how important strength training is especially for PCOS! Following a workout plan that is consistent was a huge part of my transformation!! 3. Prioritizing slowing down 🎀 I incorporated habits to help em slow down to better my sleep and lower my cortisol so I can recover better! The habits that have helped me the most are 1. No phones an hour before bed 2. Tea before bed (I like peppermint and dandelion root) 3. Practicing mindfulness and gratitude The reason im sharing this is to show you and share with you that if you feel like your stuck, all it takes is 12 weeks to do a 180 of your life and it can transform your entire life! If I can do it, so can you!
