Okay…but I want to know, what’s your go-to easy meal? 👀 Let’s be real: As much as I love going out to eat, the process of explaining my food allergies to a server and double-checking everything is honestly more tiring than making it myself. 😅 I have my go-to safe restaurants, but sometimes I just can’t mentally handle the food allergy anxiety. I get it—restaurants are trying their best, but there’s always that lingering worry that a big mistake will be made. 🩵 At least when I’m in my own kitchen, I can check the ingredients 5 times (LOL 😅) and I have complete control over what goes into my meal. Plus, there’s something kind of satisfying about cooking a delicious meal yourself!✨ My go-to? Rice (I cook it in bone broth for extra flavor), roasted veggies (whatever I have on hand), and some type of protein (tonight was flank steak). Then I throw some chimichurri and sliced avocado on top. It’s quick, easy, and always tastes better when I know it’s safe to eat. 🙌 Anyone else feel me on this? Sometimes staying in is just way more convenient with food allergies.
