Good bye Ha Noi and hello Phu Quoc Island. The stolen items from my 5 ⭐️ hotel in Ha Noi ya been waiting for. Even though we went to Ha Long Bay for two day and one night, I decided not to check out of my hotel cause I didn’t wanna check back in. Yes, I paid for those days I wasn’t even there. Took what was importance and what I needed for that day. I didn’t think nail supplies panty liner, Ducolax, stool softener, TheraFlu, $2 diet tea was importance enough to take with me and some prescription med that I can live without. The diet tea didn’t have a box. It was just naked tea bag. Maybe they thought it was the good green 💩. I took my Pepto-Bismol with me which I still have. I guess one man trash is another man treasure 🤣. I even left 100k for room service. 3(20k) and 4(10k). When I came back only 1(20k) was missing. I understand if they’ve taken the whole amount it was meant for tips. But why only take 20k? Maybe if they only take 20k, I wouldn’t notice it was missing? I don’t know. I didn’t report it because I thought only the pantry liner and the aleve was missing at first or maybe I miss placed it or something. Until I got to Phu Quoc Island and unpacking. Now I’m not saying every place is like this and what didn’t happen to you doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. Lesson learned, be more careful with your belongings. Avoid room service if you can. Take all your important items with you. So far so good. We ate from street vendors, side walk stalls to fancy restaurants, raw vegetables and ice. No one is getting the bugs yet. Is the dinner buffet worth $32 per person at this 5 ⭐️ villa resort……you tell me heffaa…….Drinks not included. I don’t thinks it’s worth it at all, but we’ll never know unless we try. That was our first and last. It’s better to hire a cab to take you into town and eat at a more reasonable and authentic place. Breakfast buffet was a lot better on the next video. Why? My cousins visited us over the weekend and when I asked if they were craving anything, they said Bánh Canh. It was the perfect noodle soup for the super cold weather we have been experiencing. There are so many regional variations of Bánh Canh, but I love my parent’s clear, rich, and savory pork-broth based Bánh Canh that is loaded with plump cooked shrimp, tender pork ribs, and other goodies like chả cá. My favorite part is the tender meat from the pork neck bones. Give me an extra bowl of it on the side and I’m good!
