Pig shots! Super Bowl series number 6. These little pig shots are single serves of Smokey, porky goodness and are perfect for serving to your guests this
#SuperBowl These pork shots are super customizable. You could add some jalapeño, maybe some pineapple (if you’re into that kind of thing), put some leftover
#pulledpork or
#brisket into the cream cheese mix- whatever you like. I adapted this video, from a great one of @ninjacue Ingredients - 8 ounces cream cheese - 4 oz sour cream - 1/4 C shredded sharp cheddar - 2 T
#pigasusrub, plus more for the outside of the bacon (link in bio) - 12 oz Kielbasa - 1 pack thick cut bacon - 1/4 C maple syrup - 2 T honey Assemble the
#pigshots as shown in the video. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheese and 2T of Pigasus rub until a consistency you can pipe. If it’s too thick, add in a little more of the sour cream. Pipe until pigshots are about 3/4 full and add to a 275F smoker. I smoked it on my @greenmountaingrills
#trek. Smoke about 45-60 minutes until bacon is firm and heading to crispy. Combine maple syrup and honey before glazing the outside of each of the pigshots. Return to the smoker for another 10 minutes before serving.
