SUPReME Sheet Pan Pizza Prep: 15 minutes Total: 45minutes Serves 4-6 1lb pizza dough (454g) 1/2c Spicy marinara sauce, or arrabiata sauce (112g) 8oz Fresh mozzerella or shredded whatever you have on hand ( 226g) ½ Onion (90g) 4-5 cloves of garlic, minced (40-50g) 4-5 Mushrooms, thinly sliced ( 85g) ½ Green pepper, cut into slices or roughly chopped (70g) Mixed black and green Olives, -optional 3oz Pepperoni (100g) 3oz Sausage (90g) 3oz bacon (56- 80g) Garnish: parmesan, red pepper flakes, ranch, and hot sauce Set oven to 350 In a pan over medium heat start by browning the bacon and sausage, remove from the pan add the onions, mushroom, and garlic then add the peppers until everything is either glossy or has some color. Remove the meat from the pan onto a clean paper towel and plate to drain extra fat. Roll out the pizza dough onto a sheet pan, and let rise again if you'd like. Or don't and start adding the toppings. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes garnish with some parmesan, red pepper flakes, and a side of ranch for dipping, Enjoy! RANCH DRESSING restaurant style 2 tsp chives (5g) 2 tsp parsley (5g) 2 tsp dried dill (5g) 2 tbsp onion powder (12g) 2 tbsp garlic powder (12g) ½ tsp cayenne pepper (less than a gram) 1/2c mayo, greek yogurt, or sour cream (115g) 1/4c milk or buttermilk (61g) A splash of pickle juice You can separate these and keep the dry seasoning, I like to keep a big batch of it to throw together a batch of this ranch, its so delicious,. But it will make almost anything taste better! To a small bowl add all of the ingredients but its so interchangeable to adapt to your dietary preferences, I like to make my ranch dressing with a little greek yogurt to sneak some probiotics into my diet without even thinking about it. But if you want it to be like the type of ranch dressing you'll get in a restaurant I recommend using mayo. And let the mixture get to know itself in the fridge, the flavor will build!
