Mustofa is using a syringe with a tip that helps meter the paint coming through. The longer he holds the tool in place, the more paint releases. He also tips the tool to the side to make the paint come out slower, creating smaller dots. I’ve tried this technique before and it’s not as easy as he makes it look.
