I left bedside nursing back in May 2024, and I was hesitant to post this video. This is a very vulnerable post, but maybe it will resonate with others going through something similar. Transitioning from bedside nursing to becoming an NP is rough! I live in a completely different world now. I feel like I’m mourning my old role while also trying to embrace my new path.
