CHOSE YOUR HARD. -Nothing worth having comes easy. The more challenging something is, the deeper foundation you can lay. When I stopped drinking or broke my leg I knew right away that this was going to be extremely difficult. Both physically and mentally. -I was not necessarily “motivated” but I knew this lesson would shape me into the man I am today. -The real meaningful goals - whether it’s in fitness, career, or relationships will at some point require you to overcome challenges. On the other side is where you grow. -Hard is temporary, know that, understand that, and remind yourself. When I am running a marathon, it gets freakin hard. I want to quit at points - I know, however, if I do in 2 minutes I will feel fine and will have to live with the fact that I am a quitter. -But overcoming that HARD situation is what builds character. You can say that you struggled, cried, were fearful, BUT you overcame it. -Those skills, discipline, and self-confidence gained - remain with you long after the struggle is over. -The outcome will forever be greater than the temporary struggle. Let’s keep the momentum going! xx Cole 🫡 -
