HOMEMADE BODY BUTTER ☁️🧈 pregnancy | all natural   I’ve made this body butter during both pregnancies and it has kept my skin so moisturized and silky. Whether you’re trying to prevent stretch marks, keep your skin hydrated during the expansion of pregnancy, or for regular day to day, this is an amazing & natural way to do so at home for way less $$$. ingredients 1 lb african shea butter  1 tbsp almond oil 2 tbsp vitamin e oil a couple drops grapefruit or orange essential oil *optional 1 tsp arrowroot powder for thickness  instructions 1. In a pot on medium low, melt the shea butter until it turns to liquid 2. Transfer to bowl & let cool in freezer for 20 minutes, or until it starts to slightly harden 3. Add shea butter to a mixing bowl and with whisk attachment, or hand mixer, mix on low-medium speed. Add vitamin E and almond oil and essential oil of choice  4. Mix on medium-high for 5-10 minutes until light and fluffy and you have nice, whipped peaks 5. Transfer to glass containers of choice and rub thoroughly on skin morning and night for the most luscious silky skin *Gentle reminder that stretch marks are beautiful and nothing to be ashamed of. A reminder that your body so wonderfully created LIFE. Our bodies grow and stretch and each pregnancy can be different in how it manifests.
