So, why not use this time to eat super healthy, exercise, drink more water, rest and really take care of your body and health. You can of course gain weight, and you should, but if you are eating healthy and staying active you wont gain a ton of weight and you will look and feel SOOO MUCH BETTER. Soā€¦ donā€™t listen to the people sayingā€¦ pregnancy isnā€™t a time to workout and eat healthy. IT IS THE BEST TIME.
