#developer accountable for my fitness. π‘ Since the doctor is the health/fitness improvement expert, she's the
#ScrumMaster . π‘ I am also doubling as the
#ProductOwner in my case since I am serving as my own personal trainer or fitness coach. I prioritize and manage what's in my health/fitness backlog myself. SCRUM EVENTS & TIPS FOR YOU π‘ Sprint Planning: Map out routines that'll help you improve your fitness level, or collaborate with a fitness coach or personal trainer (PT). π‘ Sprint: Choose what duration you want to use to evaluate your progress, or collab with your PT if you have one. π‘ Daily Scrum: Make plans to contribute to your fitness goal for the day, or collab with your PT if you have one. π‘ Sprint Review: Get an evaluation of your fitness/health from your PT or doctor (in my case). π‘ Retrospective: Celebrate wins and make adjustments to your routines accordingly with your PT or doctor.
